Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a full refund within 30 days from purchase (including shipping time and excluding sale items and non-refundable items listed below).

If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • All sales items are non refundable.

How the return works:

  1. If returning an item, please contact us through our Contact page and provide a reason for the return.
  2. You will be provided with a shipping address and asked to send back the item and take care of the shipping fees
  3. Once the item will be received by Piper & Pearl Jewelry, we will confirm its condition and if in new condition, the return will be approved.
  4. If approved, you will receive a refund for the amount of the item only and not the shipping cost of the return

What is considered an item in a new condition:

The item should not be having any visible mark of wear, be damaged, chipped, bent or broken in any way. The condition of the item should be the same as the condition of a new item sent by Piper & Pearl Jewelry.

The assessment of the item condition is at the discretion of Piper & Pearl Jewelry.

Receiving a damaged or defective item:

If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, please send us a message through our Contact page. Please attach a proof of the defect to your message so our team can review it and approve the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take a few days before your refund is posted.
